Photodiode optical to electrical signal delay
Original language description
We are presenting the experiment and its results showing a temporal relation between optical input and electrical output of a photodiode. The presented results are a byproduct of more complex experiment to identify absolute delay contributors in picosecond time-resolved single photon detection technique. This particular result is not limited to extremely weak optical signals and can be applied in any picosecond time-resolved experiments with sufficient detected information.
