Neutronographic Texture Analysis of Zirconium Based Alloys
Original language description
The texture measurements was performed at the KSN-2 diffractometer on the Laboratory of Neutron Diffraction FNSPE CTU Prague. Textures of five samples (two rolled sheets and free tubes) were investigated by using basal pole figures, inversion pole figures and ODF distribution function. The chacteristic texture parameters were determined. Procedures for studiyng textures with thermal neutrons and procedures for obtaining texture parameters are also given.
