Influence of Spray Technology on Mechanical and Fatigue Properties of Coated Materials

  • Original language description

Increasing of desired properties for structure and components working under critical conditions require development of new materials with special properties. One of the perspective approaches is application of materials with thermally sprayed deposits. Resulting mechanical and fatigue properties of these "tailored" materials are conditioned by many technological factors. Presented paper deals with influence of substrate grit-blasting and coatings porosity on mechanical and fatigue properties of specimens with hydroxyapatite and titanium deposits. Obtained results are compared with our previous results.
