Luminescence Spectroscopy of Iron in SrTiO3 Crystals
Original language description
The results of the luminescence measurement of iron-doped SrTiO3 crystals suggest that observed luminescence originates from octahedral coordinated Fe3+(3d5) ions substituted for Ti4+ and observed zero phonon line corresponds to 4T1(G) - 6A1(S) transition.
