Original language name
In vitro stability značených nosičů 223Ra a 99mTc
Original language description
Specific targeting of radionuclides into the desired tissue is very substantial in modern nuclear medicine. To enhance less exposure of healthy tissue, which can be achieved by targeted therapy (an alpha-emitting radionuclides such as 223Ra) or diagnostic (99mTc), is necessary to develop new type of radionuclide carriers. Hydroxyapatite is a material with natural affinity to the bones and therefore could be good candidate for the construction of targeted carriers. In vitro stability tests of prepared labelled-HA-NPs were performed by incubation in physiological saline and bovine plasma and serum at laboratory temperature. The released activity was measured in certain period according to the half-life (after 24 h. and then every 11 d. for 223Ra and for99mTc every 6 h.). Results indicate that released activity was below 8 %.
