  • Original language description

    Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (HAp-NPs) seem to be promising biocompatible material for radiopharmacy. Radiolabeling of HAp-NPs with 18F, 68Ga, 99mTc and 223Ra was studied and their in vitro stabilities were evaluated in saline, bovine serum/plasma and 5% albumin solution. While the radiolabelling yields for 18F, 99mTc and 223Ra were acceptable, relatively low yields were achieved with 68Ga and therefore labelling strategy must be modified.
