    Final radiolabelling yield was 93,4 %, specific activity was determined to 188.6 MBq/mg, total Tb-161 activity was 200.9 MBq. The poly(β-glucan-graft-poly(2-isopropyl-2-oxazoline-co-2-butyl-2-oxazoline) contained one poly(2-isopropyl-2-oxazoline-co-2-butyl-2-oxazoline) graft with weight-average molecular weight 2290 g/mol, dispersity 1.19 (according to size exclusion chromatography) per 6.05 glucose units of β-glucan. The 2-isopropyl-2-oxazoline to 2-butyl-2-oxazoline molar ratio in the grafts was 74:26 (mol/mol according to 1H NMR). Graft-end functionalization was with (DOTA, 0.11 mmol/g) + fluorescent dye Dyomics-615 (0.07 % wt.). Molecular weight of the whole conjugate was 7.5*10^6 g/mol.
