    There are a lot of methods how to evaluate buildings and how to achieve that they are built sustainably. They differ not only in methodology, but also in the target group, for whom is the evaluation determined. Each sustainable building represents extra-standard for now but it should be basis from which each architect should proceed. The architect is able to influence the future of the building and predict the degree of its 'sustainability' in the process of creation of a concept. For this reason it isreally important to focus on application of assessment of sustainable architecture into education of architecture and to teach the students to investigate the basic principles of project sustainability when they are developing the architectural concept.At the Faculty of Architecture in CTU in Design Studio of doc. Ing.arch. Schleger evaluation method called 'ecoparameters' was developed. Thanks to the so-called 'eco-parameters' the level of sustainability of a building can be influenced
