The exhibition focuses on housing estates tranformation possibilities in czech context. The core of the exhibition consists of 20 case studies for 6 chosen housing-estates sites in Czech Republic (Sychrov in Vsetín, Růžový vrch in Carlsbad, Rozvoj in Mladá Boleslav and Skalka, Modřany and Černý Most in Prague) designed during the summer semester of 2014 in the school studio Kohout-Tichý. The project’s general aim is to search for long-term and sustainable development strategies, which would resulted in housing-estates transformation into areas with adequate social status, stable mental image and functional arrangement. The intention was to prepare broader variety of possible solution to enhance housing-estates residential attractiveness.
