The children scoliosis is conservative treated with help braces. The paper shows calculation algorithm for stress state at spine and spine deformation defect correction as an affect of brace force action. The 2nd problem is computer aid brace design andtreatment course prognosis.

Czech description
Skolióza dětí je konservativně léčena ortézami. Článek ukazuje algoritmus výpočtu stavu napětí v páteři a korekci deformace jako účinek silového působení ortézy. Druhý řešený problém je počítačová podpora návrhu tvaru ortézy a prognóza průběhu léčení.
