The paper searches the stress state and deformation of spine as an effect of load from corrective brace. The second part shows an algorithm of searching of optimal load from brace to child trunk. The third part is computer aid prognosis of treatment course.

Článek řeší stav napětí a deformace páteře od zatížení korekční ortézou. Druhá část ukazuje algoritmus hledání optimálního zatížení trupu dítěte ortézou. Třetí část je počítačová podpora prognózy léčení.
