    Study of Membrane Formation by the Null Ellipsometer

    We had to performed calibration procedures of a null ellipsometer and introduce corrections to data acquisition software before a new investigative project. An analysis of the laser stability was carried out as a part of the equipment tuning; the resultsfrom this analysis are discussed. The kinetic of membrane formation was measured and their dependence on phospholipids concentration and stirring is discussed.
