The Development of Medical Equipment Choice System
Original language description
WHO declares that the increase in financial losses in the health related problems of poor performance of the procurement system. The rapid growth of global revenue of the imaging market, the redistribution of MR systems market to Europe, the fact that invarious countries around 50-80% of medical equipment needs replacing necessitates the creation of a rational choice system of MR-imager for healthcare facilities. Analyzed studies devoted to the realization of policy choice of medical equipment and research of Multi Criteria Analysis (MCA). According to the authors opinion to create, a system of rational choice of medical equipment is a reasonable use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process method by T.L. Saaty (AHP).
