Biocompatible Properties of Laser Prepared Cr Doped DLC
Original language description
DLC and Cr- doped DLC (0 % - 18 % at.) layers were studied for potential biomedical application. Layers were deposited on silicon, titanium and chromium substrate by dual pulsed laser ablation. The composition was analyzed using Wawelenght-dependent X-ray spectroscopy (WDS). Carbon and chromium bonds were dermined by XPS. Contact angles and free surface energy were determined.
