Original language description
A wireless biotelemetrical system for real-time monitoring of physiological and environmental data of fi reman and special rescue team members during the training and/or rescue operation is presented. The aim of the system is to increase personal security of the rescue team members and support for profi ling of training process using the wireless smart sensor technology solution in combination with special algorithms and calculations leading to indicate risk states and generate alarms (extreme physicalor psychical load, stress, body overheating, environmental hazard, etc.). Quantities describing personal status are calculated using information from the body: heart rate, physical activity, body position, temperature, etc. The other set of important quantities are environmental parameters, such as temperature, humidity, vibration, explosive gases concentration etc.
