FOLLOWING OF A CHEMISM AND A STATE OF MOISTURE OF SALTED CLASSICAL AND MAINTANING PLASTERS
Original language description
Special maitaining plasters are used to plaster-face a wet masonry and masonry damaged by salts. Thanks to high ability of permeability for vapour in system of a plaster, a masonry can get dry naturally, while salts settle in the porous structure of dried plaster. Motion of salts is limited by nonpermeability for capillary water. Within the framework of widespread experimental program a number of maintaining plaster were tested in the Klokner Institute CTU, including classical lime-cement plasters. Gained results unambiguously show advantages of modified plasters comparing to classical ones.
