Original language description
Paper deals with a corrosion fatigue of steel alloys in steam turbines. For evaluation of corrosion influence on parameters of corrosion fatigue a linear fracture mechanics is used. Corrosion pits are considered as semicircular surface cracks and from FCGR diagram the relation between size of corrosion pits and cyclic stress can be derived.
