Improving academic readiness (cognitive and non cognitive factors) of technical practical class teachers is one of the great imperatives in the introductory phase of distant engineering pedagogical studies. Our survey brings the interview data on opinions of university staff and fresh graduates from the bachelor study programme "Specialization in Pedagogy" suggesting some improvements on the topic.
