The invention relates to a ventilating unit with the possibility of heating and/or cooling, comprising a passive module and an active module. The passive module is interconnected with at least one exterior fresh air input from the exterior and at least one interior exhaust air input and its first output is interconnected with the first input of the active module and its second output is interconnected to the second input of the active module. Each active heat air exchanger comprises at least one heat modifier and two separate chambers. The input of at least one first chamber is interconnected with the second input of the active module and the output of at least one first chamber is interconnected with at least one exhaust air output to the exterior. The input of the at least one second chamber is interconnected with the first input of the active module and the output of at least one second chamber is interconnected with at least one air output to the interior. It is fundamental that the ventilation unit is provided with a second air duct for supplying additional air from the exterior, which is at its first end interconnected with at least one fresh air input from the exterior and at its other end it is interconnected with the second input of the active module. ### The patent is exploited by its owner.
