Fire safety of combustible facades
Original language description
Annex K of the standard ČSN 73 0802 opened the way for the construction of multi-storey wooden buildings up to a fire height of 22.5 m. However, even in lower wooden buildings, fire safety can be essential and sometimes, especially if it is addressed only in the late stages of design, even limiting. What is fire openness? What is DP2 construction? And will sprinklers always save us? Is fire safety really a nightmare?
