The study of behaviour of radon and its decay products in the low layer of the troposphere
Original language description
Radon and its decay products are often used like tracers of dynamic processes in the atmosphere. They are used to study climatic phenomena and to produce climatic models scores of the time. The transport of radon from soil could be characterized by radonflux, which is influenced by the concentration of radon in bedrock, by the soil moisture and by permeability of soil. The concentration of radon and its decay products isn?t in the low layers of the atmosphere constant - it is strongly influenced by dynamics of the atmosphere. Generally it is possible to observe differences between concentrations in the day and in the night and in cold and warm parts of the year.
