The paper informs about the application form in the Fifth Framework Programme to European Commission of EU. The aim of the project is to create a mathematics-physical model of extensive hot water and steam supply circle network and heat sources for the purpose of creating new unconventional algorithms of control for complex control of technological string "heat production - transport+distribution - consumption" of extensive heat supply systems.
