The article deals with calculation and analyses of the injection mould parts loaded from the injection pressure in the cavity insert and injection machine clamping force. The load computation was run using the flow solver MOLDFLOW MPI 3. Stress and deflection of the mold base and cavity was evaluated with help of FEM analysis solver COSMOS DesignSTAR 3.
