The MATLAB# Web Server enables you to create MATLAB applications that use the capabilities of the World Wide Web to send data to MATLAB for computation and to display the results in a Web browser. MATLAB Web Server applications are a combination of m-files, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), and graphics. MATLAB# Web Server supports only m-files stored locally in the directories of the server. This paper describes possibilities of developed extension which allow running any m-files uploaded through the web interface. Extension of Matlab Web Server uses PHP for converting uploaded files and MySQL database for eventual storing.
