In this paper there is described control system for the technological process enzymatic hydrolysis. This process is composed from three parts - fermentation, filtration and drying. We are produced a one and double level control system for a laboratory version of the process enzymatic hydrolysis. The one level system is composed from the PC with a technological extension card and all parts are controlled separately. The double level control block use modern automation devices. The first level is served by a programmable logic controller in a direct contact with the real process. The second level creates the personal computer with displaying software by Wonderware In Touch and DDE server ensuring the communication between both levels of the control system.

V tomto příspěvku je popsán komplexní řídicí systém pro technologický proces enzymatické hydrolýzy. Ta je složena ze tří částí - fermentace, filtrace a odpařování. Vytvořili jsme jednoúrovňovu (osobní počítač s technologickou kartou) a dvouúrovňovou (programovatelné automaty které s osobním počítačem komunikují) strukturu řídicího systému v laboratorních podmínkách.
