Some results of mechanical behavior of FDM and LS rapid prototyping thermoplastics products in contradistinction to injection molded products are given. Considerable influence of technological parameters of the structure on product anisotropy and the strength during tensile and flexural loading is shown. The results of tensile, flexural and DMA tests are given.

Jsou ukázány některé výsledky mechanického chování termoplastových produktů vyrobených 2 různými metodami technologie Rapid prototyping (FDM a LS) ve srovnání s produkty vyráběnými klasickými tvářecími metodami, např. vstřikováním. Je ukázán výrazný vlivzvolené technologie výroby RP dílů na vznikající strukturu, a tím i na užitné vlastnosti, zejména anisotropii mechanických vlastností těchto dílů. Jsou uvedeny výsledky tahových, ohybových zkoušek a testů na DMA přístroji.
