The goal of the study is to investigate plantar pressure differences between obese and non-obese children.. Right and left foot plantar pressures were obtained using a Pedar system (Novel GmbH, Munich) to calculated the force and pressure experienced between each child's foot and insole of footwear during walking. Pressures were evaluated for six anatomical areas under the feet.

Czech description
Cílem studie je porovnání plantárních tlaků nohy mezi obézními a neobézními dětmi. Plantární tlak během chůze byl měřen pomocí Pedar systému a byl stanovován maximální tlak a síla v šesti regionech planty mezi nohou a stélkou obuvi.
