Computational lifetime estimate in number of cycles till break at hydraulic cylinders in area of shape discontinuity
Result description
In the article there is given an analysis of stress in macrovolume of a hydraulic cylinder for an area of shape discontinuity (a special shape of a recess) by means of FEM (SAMCEF software). For computations of number of cycles till a break there has been considered the methods assuming an effect of a recess during the whole course of a fatique process.
