Original language description
Laboratory fermenter is a technological device for carrying out, monitoring and studying biochemical processes. Five water quality parameters can be measured: concentration of O2, ORP, turbidity, conductivity and pH.. In the study, suspension of aerobicactivated sludge was used in the process, and the fermenter performance was verified by a classical titration method for determination of CO2 concentration. The results of titrations were applied to adjust the range of the carbon dioxide sensor. The calibration of methane and carbon dioxide was carried out with a standard gas pressure bottle. The contribution describes construction and installation of a new gas measuring instrument, including its verification.

Czech description
Laboratorní fermentor je osazen pěti sensory na měření parametrů kapalné fáze (pH, ORP, turbidita, O2, vodivosti). V této práci byly testovány a kalibrovány sensory plynné fáze pro měření metanu a oxidu uhličitého. Byl studován vliv průtoku plynu na odezva sensoru. Ke kalibraci byly použity standardy plynů. Práce přispěla k instalaci a ověření měření plynné fáze stávajícího fermetnoru.
