    The specifics of electrical properties of epoxy resin/silicone rubber composites filled with carbon black in respect to their morphology and mechanical properties have been studied. There is a significant difference between percolation thresholds in composites with 25 and 50 wt. % of silicon that is attributed to the structure of such hybrid composites. When the concentration of silicon is about 25 wt. %, a multiple percolation threshold is obvious; while at 50 wt. % of silicone it is a single-stage percolation threshold. In the first case, the silicon, present in polymer blend as dispersed phase (in the form of separated non-uniform inclusions), leads to local concentration variations of carbon black per composite volume which is reflected in the composite heterogeneity increase. The rising amount of silicon up to 50 wt. % enhances the uniformity of composite from the viewpoint of its electrical response, though silicon does not form the extended phase even with so high concentration.

    V práci byly zkoumány hybridní kompozity na bázi epoxy-silikonový kaučuk-carbon black. Ukázalo se, že je značný rozdíl v perkolačním přechodu pro 25 a 50 hm. % silikonového kaučuku: 25 hm. % několikanásobný, 50hm.% jednofázový přechod. Dále byly zkoumánymechanické vlastnosti připravených kompozitů, kde přídavek silikonového kaučuku zlepšuje pevnost.
