Recent advances of magnetic materials in hyperthermia

  • Original language description

Introduction to mediated hyperthermia is followed up by presentation of materials applicable in the field and merits these are able to facilitate particularly the localisation of heating. Second part focuses on electrically lossy mediator in form of ferrofluid with special structure which is responsible for its considerable dielectric losses. The contribution is summed up by the results of in vitro test of prepared ferrofluid on two different cell lines.
