Measurement of deformation properties of human foot.
Original language description
For the manufacture of footwear, it is necessary to measure the feet. The last is designed based on the basic date or the data used for the selection of appropriate footwear (made on the mass production lasts). Yet there is no uniform system of rules forfoot measurement (standing position, sitting on, under dynamic conditions) evens the measurement methodologies are not uniform (in particular the definition of measured points). Some manufacturers of lasts modify the sizes thus obtained, but the majority of these rules (to enlarge or reduce) conceals, or is use as Marketing prevails. In fact, the foot is easily deformable portion of the human body. The presentation outlined the basic regularities of deformation of the foot sizes and its possible use inthe manufacture of the lasts.
