Biodegradability of alphatic-aromatic copolyester in aqueous anaerobic and aerobic environments
Original language description
Biodegradability of different form of the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester Ecoflex? in an aqueous anaerobic environment was studied in the presence of a mixed microbial culture supplied in the form digested sludge and activated sludge from the municipal wastewater treatment plant.. Biodegradability of four different forms an aliphatic-aromatic biodegradable copolyester Ecoflex? in aqueous anaerobic did not exceed a 2%. Also in aerobic environment was achieved only a small degradation, but has been shown to influence specific surface samples at degree of decomposition.
