An implementation of the thermoplastic shell structures generally encounters some difficulties associated with a low flexural rigidity of their walls. A lack of rigidity not only results in high levels of deformation but it also increases their susceptibility to lose the stability of the structure. This paper deals with the stability resistance of the underground cylindrical tanks manufactured by rotomolding technology
