Original language description

The paper describes the model of transport and distribution of building material for the purposes of the civil protection buildings&apos; modifications in case of an extraordinary and crisis situation. The aim of the material transport model is to provide the protection characteristics of a building for the protection against the chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear weapons effects and in case of the large-scale industrial accidents and natural disasters. The complete process - transport of building material and its distribution to civil protection buildings is described using this model. The functionality of the model is verified by a simulation of the processes in the application software tool Practis.
