Bacterial cellulose (BC) is an emerging, eco-friendly, sustainable, renewable, product from microbes. BC has been provided is versatile applications. Demand has been reached from food and medical industry to sustainable fashion industry. Altough, BC exhibited enormous potential as a biomaterial, the production of BC is showing several limitations. In this study emphasis has been given to investigate the optimum production condition in presence of apple fruit juice.
