    Possibilities of Creating a Ball Joint Mechanism by FDM Technology

    The article deals with additive manufacturing technologies especially with ability to create parts on FDM 3D printers. These assemblies not possible to disassemble . Therefore, it is important to choose the optimal magnitude of the deviation between the walls for appropriate function. These deviations were examined for several materials with different rheological properties. Finally, the dependence of the magnitude of the variance between the walls and the thickness of the layer for the given materials were shown. The results are the recommendation for modelling and printing parameters of the parts.
