Hierarchically Structured Surfaces: Cytocompatibility with Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells
Original language description
Human-induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) have the potential to differentiate into any kind of tissue. The combination ofhiPSCs and unique substrate can arise in the production of cardiomyocytes (CMs) with a higher state of maturation. In this study, we present two types of hierarchically structured substrates that mimic the in vivo microenvironment and promote the differentiation of CMs.
