A biodegradation test was conducted to evaluate the degradation behavior of newly developed samples under controlled environmental conditions. The study combined standard biodegradation assessment with complementary microscopic and microbiological analyses to elucidate structural changes and microbial dynamics during the degradation process. Microscopy was used to monitor surface morphology, crack formation, and biofilm development, while microbiological investigations characterized shifts in microbial abundance and community activity associated with material breakdown. The integrated approach enabled correlation of physical deterioration with biological processes, providing a comprehensive understanding of degradation mechanisms and material–microbe interactions.
