Thise piece of research was devoted to the possibilities of developing the creative potentials of managers and the methods that it is possible to consider as having been the most effective in their training. It compared the simulation and case study methods and traditional forms of preparation in the form of lectures and disccusions in seminars.The outcomes indicate that most optimal form is that of compromise, i.e. the rotation of all of the afore-mentioned methods, since each of them develops a differing aspect of the personality of a manager.

Tento článek, který vychází z výzkumu, je věnován možnostem rozvoje tvořivého potenciálu manažerů a metodám, které umožňují tento potenciál rozvinout. Porovnávány byly metody simulace a případové studie s tradičními metodami tréninku. Aktivační metody jsou efektivnější, ale neznamená to, že by se měly tradiční formy úplně opustit., svůj efekt mají také, zejména v konvergentním myšlení.
