The article focuses on one of the functional fields of controlling # personnel controlling. It presents personnel controlling as an integral part of controlling system of management in a company. The article report also deals with reasons for implementing personnel controlling and furthermore tasks and instruments of personnel controlling. The focal point of this article is the analysis of the possibilities of the use of the qualitative instruments of personnel controlling. The article also deals with an outline of motivation factors analysis methods in the wood-processing industry companies.
