The paper is concerned about the problems of computer crime. It is kind of guide trying to show, how the computer crime develops, what are the tokens of it. When you read it further you can find out what would be the solution of it like and of course, the reader earns the knowledge about the some cases which occurred in connection with the computer crime. It means that this text makes a detailed statement about the genesis of the computer crime, about the events and fact which it includes and finally its tokens. On the other hand it makes the reader to know as much as possible about these problems. And of course, it should prevent the reader from making any abecedarian mistake which probably made greenhorn people who were trapped in the hacker's hands.

Rozsáhlé využívání informačních technologií (IT) vede ve svých důsledcích ke stále se zvětšujícímu objemu zpracovávaných a ukládaných informací. Vzrůstá tak zranitelnost těchto dat. Potenciální narušitelé se mohou dnes k informacím, které posléze zneužijí a přivodí ekonomickou ztrátu, dostat celou řadou způsobů. Citlivé a cenné informace se stávají hodnotami, které se musí chránit. Proto se současně s rozmachem IT řeší i způsoby jejich zabezpečení a vzniká tak nový pojem - informační bezpečnost. V současné době se informační bezpečnost stala aktuální komoditou na trhu služeb.
