We are currently seeing the growth in significance and emphasis of a range of new success factors ? which are for the time being under-used in Controlling, and which are mutually interlinked and interdependent (these are above all, the following: quality, time, costs and customer satisfaction ? i.e. utility). Even Czech and Slovak enterprises are beginning to increase their efforts directed at the systematic management of these factors. For this reason, this paper presents selected research results oriented on realization of controlling activities in Czech and Slovak enterprises.
