Aim of the paper is to present the identification of common relationship among cooperative factors that creates their potential usage for the cooperative strategy creating in the functional flexible SMEs´ networks. Research results have verified correctness of assumption about potential SME´s marketing cooperation. Trust has been identified as the most important issue in the interorganizational relationships in realized research.

Cílem příspěvku je identifikace vzájemných vztahů mezi kooperativními faktory, které mohou být využity při tvorbě kooperativních strategií flexibilních funkčních síti malých a středních podniků. Výsledky výzkumu potvrdily správnost předpokladu o možnostimarketingových kooperací malých a středních podniků. Nejdůležitější ve vztazích mezi organizacemi byla identifikována otázka důvěry.
