The paper discusses selected management models, used together in a synergy as an effective and efficient supporting mechanism for management and performance measurement of firms exploiting Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMT). As a reference framework we use combination of performance management and measurement concept and ?tools? - Balanced Scorecard (BSC), EFQM Excellence Model, Economic Value Added (EVA) and Activity Based Costing/Management (ABC/M). Following paper shows possibilities to utilize synergic effects of all these concepts for strengthening AMT investments to improve performance of companies.
