Opinions of Human Resource Management have changed in advanced economics in the course of time. At the beginning of the 20th century employees were nothing more than one from production factors. Nowadays we talk that humans are subjects of collaboration.There is appearing a new conception of Human Resource Management so-called Intellectual Capital Management. It has a close connection with Knowledge Management. The paper deals just with this connection.
