Project Management Impact on Financial Ratios in Czech Manufacturing Company
Original language description
The essential of presented paper is the proposal of the project management evaluation methodology through the current financial rations with the definite direction to the ROI change that is arising thanks to the project management implementation into thecompany. It concerns about the Czech joint stock company without the foreign interest. In 2006 the company began to implement the project management across all levels of company hierarchy. But the company doesn?t still have the entire methodology of economical evaluation of project benefits. The comparison of total ROI and of ROI of particular project realized during single months in 2009 is the essential of presented paper. On the base of comparison of these two ratios we can assume, that the projectmanagement impacts the total development of company profitability and that it has important influence on the total economical situation of the company.
