Original language description
It is widely agreed that a firm has obligations to its stakeholders, and the factors such as globalization, cost saving, and reputation are main drivers affecting on organizational CSR performance. This paper have mainly focused on explanation of existing conflicts on understanding what is the CSR exactly within Mongolian business and therefore bring forward concrete suggestions how to develop related practices. The research results accomplished by theoretical understanding of CSR and comparative studyof present level of CSR in Mongolian companies show that the notion itself differs from company to company, depending on size and liability of actual organization. Overally, this study contributes three main ways of improving CSR in this country.
