Original language description
This submission is focused on the research that is being carried out in the environment of the manufacturing companies. Its aim is to find out about the methods of the industrial engineering and logistics, possibilities of its application and selection of the appropriate methodology of implementation and improvement of processes. Currently, the research is being carried out in two manufacturing companies. The author of the article has personally participated in the execution of the optimization processes. These processes were of the primary importance for the acquisition of the necessary data. The necessity of the interconnection between the project management and systematic approach to the improvement of processes clearly results from the research. The goal of this systematic research is to create general conclusions for implementation of industrial engineering. To identify the final solutions, it is necessary to further go on with the research.
