This article presents an original portal solution that begins to significantly contribute to increasing the employability of universities graduates specifically Tomas Bata University graduates in the labour market. It is a portal Kariera.utb.cz, developed more than 6 years to streamline the flow of information and reciprocal communication in the Iabour market. Our goal in using the portal is also supporting the competitiveness of Czech firms and companies through the development of close cooperation between employers, educational institutions and students already during their studies. To this goal, we also provide multimedia support and we popularize the achievements of Czech industry towards all users of the portal Kariera.utb.cz. This solution is built as an open social network that includes a small Iabour market. This small labour market is focused on a specific segment of students and graduates, within which the reciprocal symbiosis of several basic functions of the interest groups
